Bill Ingram has been active in buying, selling, developing, and brokering commercial real estate in the Houston area for almost 50 years. In that time as either a principal or broker, he has guided to completion multiple transactions in each sector of the industry including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and raw land.
Bill pioneered the concept of Buyer/Tenant Representation during the 1980’s to help facilitate transactions with an informed buyer/lessee and seller/lessor of commercial properties. This continues to be a big part of the Ingram Companies Commercial business today. In addition, Bill works with several investment groups to acquire income properties and to buy/develop commercial properties.
Bill is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and Houston Association of Realtors (HAR). He is the Past President of the Commercial Real Estate Association of Montgomery County (C.R.E.A.M.).
Bill was honored by Coldwell Banker Commercial as a member of the TOP 2% Club which is only given to the top producers . He also served as a Regional Chairman of the Office Group which consists of top “Office” specialists for the company.
